Healthy Eating & Lunch Menu

We achieved 'Healthy Schools Status' in recognition of the excellent practice that takes place in the Academy and reinforced the 'good' award we were given from Ofsted regarding our healthy eating in January 2010. Healthy Schools status has four strands – PSHCE, Healthy Eating, Physical Activity and Emotional Health and Well Being. The Assessors were particularly impressed with our Student Voice representatives who demonstrated how effectively the Student Voice works.

Breakfast Club:

We provide our students with a healthy balanced diet that meets national nutritional standards. The Academy has a Breakfast Club offering a range of breakfast items between 8am and 8:30am, and snacks during the mid-morning break.
